Barbera 2014 je izjemno vino! Na tekmovanju v New Yorku je doseglo drugi najboljši rezultat med vsemi slovenskimi predstavniki. Temna kremasta barva brez vijoličastega roba izkaže dozorelost. Že prvi vtis vina je močan: resno vino s kompleksno aromo (dim, smola, jagodičevje, mlečna karamela). Taninov je obilo, a so že zmehčani in enakomerno oblečejo usta, kar je dokaz za odličnost pri zorjenju. Vino maceriramo nekaj dni ter ga nato pustimo odležati eno leto v hrastovih sodih. Pri sobni temperaturi lepo dopolnjuje z mesnimi jedmi.

Barbera 2014 is an outstanding wine! At the New York competition, Barbera 2014 achieved the best result among all Slovenian representatives. The dark creamy color without purple edge shows maturity. The first impression of the wine is strong: a serious wine with a complex aroma (smoke, resin, berries, dairy caramel). Tannins are plentiful but already soft and uniformly dressed in the mouth, which is evidence of excellence in maturation. Barbera was macerated for a few days and maturated for one year in oak barrels. At room temperature goes the best with meat dishes.
