REBULA je hišna posebnost 100 % iz primorske sorte rebula. Rebula je bila eno leto macerirana in eno leto zorjena v rabljenih hrastovih sodčkih. Vino je zlate barve, njegova vonj in okus pa nas spominja na suho sadje (hruške, marelice, datlji) in medu. Vino je bogato, z dolgim pookusom, ki ne razočara niti zelo zahtevnih pivcev.

REBULA is a house specialty 100% from the Primorska variety Rebula. The Rebula was macerated for one year and matured in used oak barrels for one year. The wine is golden in color, and its aroma and taste remind us of dried fruits (pears, apricots, dates) and honey. The wine is rich, with long after-taste and can satisfy even the most demanding customers. It best suits raw foods, especially the Japanese cuisine.
